portfolio page: enable toggling for "my return"

On Babylon's portfolio page, users can toggle between # of tokens and USD value for the "my principal" and "babl rewards" sections, but only % format is available for the "my % return" section. I'd like to be able to toggle between % and number of tokens gained/lost.

Add leaderboards for Gardens, users, strategies

Let Gardens change parameters like % quorum (e.g. via Garden vote)

List all Garden parameters in one place on My Gardens page

Change location of "See more" button for Garden Description

It's not clear that the "See more" button expands the Garden description. Consider moving it to below where the description text gets cut off.
